Stephanie LeBlanc is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker, holding a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in children and families from Southern Connecticut State University. Complementing her advanced degree, Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Stephanie has honed her skills across various demographics, including mothers and newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her professional journey has taken her through a spectrum of environments, from schools and hospitals to homes and intensive outpatient settings. Stephanie is characterized by her motivation and enthusiasm as a Clinician. She is committed to establishing trust and rapport with her clients through a non-judgmental, strength-based approach, coupled with her patient demeanor, cultural competence, and compassionate interpersonal skills. Stephanie brings a profound passion and expertise to her work in addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral disorders/concerns, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. Drawing from her extensive training and experience, Stephanie employs evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to guide her practice. She is deeply passionate about advocating for social justice issues and is dedicated to creating a supportive and safe therapeutic environment conducive to growth and change. Beyond her professional endeavors, Stephanie enjoys journaling, cherishing moments with her family and friends, kickboxing, and exploring new destinations around the globe.
