Our Cancellation, Credit Card & Payment Policy

To provide you with the best possible service and secure your appointment time, we require a valid credit, or debit card to be placed securely on file. This card information is encrypted and stored securely off-site by a PCI-compliant, third-party payment processor; our staff cannot access your full card number.

 

  • Payment Due: Payment for all services and products is due in full at the time of service.
  • Cancellation/No-Show Fee: We require at least 24 hours’ advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you no-show your appointment, your card will be charged a fee of $150.00
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit your appointment, or your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
  • Declined Payments: If your card is declined for any applicable fee or outstanding balance, we will contact you, and prompt payment will be required to avoid further action, which may include a late fee or involvement of a collection agency.
  • Accepted Payments: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks and CareCredit for appointments.
